Featured on HGTV’s House Hunters, the Collins is designed to blend the adjacent rowhouse proportions with the scale of the neighboring multi-family building. The facade reads as a three-story building with a contemporary mansard roof, tying the different architectural styles and heights of the adjacent buildings together. The building incorporates many contemporary details, including a stacked masonry pattern and metal accents. The mansard roof skylights illuminate a two-story living space and mezzanine to maximize the amount of natural light.
