Abbott Row was designed to integrate seamlessly into the historic fabric of Mount Vernon Triangle. Replacing an empty parking lot, the project introduces two new rowhomes that reflect the scale and character of the neighborhood. Elements like the mansard roof, varied window proportions, and traditional brick patterns were chosen to echo surrounding buildings. Combined with carefully aligned cornices and window proportions, these details help the new structures feel like a natural extension of the block.
